At AB Impulze Mobility Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide top-notch services to our clients. However, we understand that plans can change and customers may need to cancel or modify their bookings. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients.<\/p>

Cancellation by the Customer<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Customers may cancel the bookings within 24 hours of making the booking and the cancellation must be in a written notice to AB Impulze Mobility Services through abimpulze@gmail.com<\/a> during office hours on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays).<\/li>
  2. 20% of the total amount will be imposed on the client if the cancellation is more than 48 hours from the reservation date as an Administration Fee.<\/li>
  3. A full amount will be charged for any cancellation made in less than 48 hours from the reservation date.<\/li><\/ol>

    Cancellation by AB Impulze Mobility Services<\/strong><\/p>

    If we are unable to provide the reserved vehicle of service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or a suitable alternative at no additional cost.<\/p>

    Refund Process<\/p>

    1. Refund requests must be submitted via email at abimpulze@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/li>
    2. Approved refund will be processed within 7 \u2013 14 business days from the date of the request.<\/li>
    3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.<\/li><\/ol>

      Non-Refundable Services<\/strong><\/p>

      Fees for special requests and add-ons such as child seats, GPS systems, additional drivers, and insurance coverage are non-refundable once booked.<\/p>

      Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>

      In case of severe weather, natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.<\/p>

      This policy is subject to change at the discretion of AB Impulze Mobility Services.
